Job Title: Pharmacy Relocation Project Manager
Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid – 1–2 days/week onsite as needed)
Duration: 26 Weeks (Potential Extension)
Start Date: 08/31/2026
Job Summary
Technical Project Manager to lead the Pharmacy Relocation Project, supporting the transition of pharmacy operations to the new Oyster Point facility. This is an application-focused project rather than a construction project, requiring expertise in Epic Willow and/or Epic Beaker implementations, optimization, and healthcare technology project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of the Pharmacy relocation technology initiatives.
- Manage Epic Willow/Beaker implementation and optimization activities.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including clinical, IT, operations, and vendors.
- Manage project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
- Drive stakeholder communication and executive reporting.
- Support workflow redesign, operational readiness, and change management.
- Ensure successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of Project Management experience.
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare IT experience.
- Strong experience managing technology implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience with Epic Willow and/or Epic Beaker.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, vendors, and project resources.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP Certification.
- Epic Certification (Willow, Beaker, or other Epic applications).
- Experience with healthcare infrastructure and enterprise technology implementations.
