Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for fostering productive relationships with the project team and effectively engages with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding site-related issues.
- Develop & approve the project budget
- Achieve the quarterly planned revenue
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects within budget and schedule.
- Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop & Approve project plans and schedules.
- Manage project resources, including personnel and equipment.
- Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure obtaining the Project TOC (Taking-Over Certificate) & Final Statement of Account
- Ensure the project is handed over to Maintenance as scheduled including Zero leakage approval
- Manage project documentation and reports, Including Close-Out documents
- Sets goals and objectives for division and subordinates, delegates duties and responsibilities and tracks progress towards successful achievement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
- Must have PMP, LEED GA, and IOSH certificates
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Ability to lead multicultural teams across multiple projects
