Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in BI or data environments
• Strong understanding of Power BI, SQL, and data concepts
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Asana, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced English proficiency

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Power BI or analytics tools
• Experience managing BI or data projects
• Understanding of data modeling, ETL, or reporting workflows

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end Power BI projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
• Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Coordinate with Power BI developers, data analysts, and engineers
• Define project scope, timelines, priorities, and deliverables
• Facilitate meetings, sprint planning, and status updates
• Monitor project progress and address blockers
• Ensure quality and consistency of deliverables
• Support documentation of processes and workflows
• Promote best practices in project management and communication
