Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in hotel and resort developments to lead large-scale hospitality projects in Hurghada. The role involves full responsibility for delivering resort and hotel projects in accordance with international hospitality standards, timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of hotel and resort projects in Hurghada, from concept and design through construction, commissioning, and handover.
• Ensure projects meet international hotel brand standards, owner requirements, and local regulations.
• Manage on-site and off-site project teams, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and cash flow plans.
• Monitor progress against baseline schedules and budgets, addressing delays and cost overruns.
• Identify project risks related to logistics, labor, materials, and site conditions specific to Red Sea locations.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design works suitable for resort environments.
• Ensure compliance with hotel operator standards, guest experience requirements, and sustainability considerations.
• Oversee FF&E and OS&E coordination, back-of-house planning, and operational readiness.
• Manage contracts, procurement strategies, and contractor performance.
• Review and approve variations, claims, and payment certificates.
• Lead value engineering initiatives while maintaining luxury and operational standards.
• Act as the primary interface with owners, investors, hotel operators, and authorities in Hurghada.
• Prepare executive-level progress reports and presentations.
• Coordinate with local authorities for permits, inspections, and approvals.
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards, environmental regulations, and quality control procedures.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover processes.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian building codes and international hospitality requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• 20+ years of experience delivering hotel and resort projects, preferably in Red Sea or coastal locations.
• Strong experience with international hotel brands (Marriott, Hilton, Accor, Hyatt, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, fast-track hospitality developments.
