Job Description

XAD Tech is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager - Mobile Network to manage telecom deployment and network operations projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and successful delivery of mobile network projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end mobile network projects including rollout, implementation, and operations.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with telecom standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Handle project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Supervise field teams and ensure smooth execution of network activities.
• Identify project risks and provide effective solutions.
• Track KPIs and project performance regularly.
• Support fixed network and mobile network operations when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in telecom/mobile network project management.
• Strong knowledge of mobile network technologies including 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G.
• Experience in telecom rollout, optimization, and operations projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project reporting, and documentation.
• PMP certification will be an added advantage.
• Experience working with telecom vendors/operators is preferred.
