Inficare Health, Inc., seeks Project Management Specialist – SaaS Products (Dulles, VA) Duties: Develop detailed project plans to manage SaaS products focused on Digital Membership Cards for art and culture organizations. Participate in project staffing decisions, coordinate with HR for resource procurement activities. Select resources needed to accomplish tasks. Coordinate with information technology personnel assigned to the project(s) and track scheduled work progress of employees. Collaborate with development team members, QA team members, AWS cloud/infra engineering team, Security team members to resolve information technology issues. Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports. Monitor costs incurred by project staff to identify budget issues. Monitor project milestones and deliverables. Discuss business strategies, practices, or policies with managers. Prepare budget for approval and provide actuals v budget and areas of over/under spend. Monitor flow of cash related to project. Prepare technical presentations with assistance from business and technical teams. Present work to clients for approval. Present interim, in-progress, completed features. Submit project deliverables to clients, ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Required: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Project Management, Business Management, Information Technology or related field plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or related position. Must have: Experience working on SaaS product projects focused on Digital Membership Cards for art and culture organizations. Experience with software product demos to art and culture institutions. Experience with Issue Tracking tools Redmine or Jira. Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel including macros. Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint.
