Job DescriptionRole: Project Management Officer (PMO) - Logistics Governance
1. Objective To support the Logistics Governance team by coordinating cross-functional projects, managing PMO activities, preparing management reports, tracking action items, and ensuring smooth execution of logistics initiatives, working groups, and governance meetings.
2. Scope of Work 2.1 Project Coordination & PMO Support • Support planning and execution of logistics governance projects. • Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies. • Maintain project trackers and follow up on pending action items. • Coordinate project activities across internal teams and external stakeholders. 2.2 Governance Meeting Management • Organize and coordinate Working Group (WG), Task Force (TF), and governance meetings. • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, minutes of meeting (MoM), and action trackers. • Monitor closure of action items and provide regular progress updates. • Maintain governance documentation for all meetings and projects. 2.3 Business Analysis & Reporting • Analyze logistics and supply chain data to support business decision-making. • Develop KPI reports, dashboards, and executive summaries. • Prepare professional reports and management presentations. • Support monthly and quarterly business reviews. 2.4 Project Documentation Prepare and maintain: • Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) • Project Charters • Meeting Minutes • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Process Flow Documents • Executive Presentations • Project Status Reports 2.5 Stakeholder & Communication Support • Coordinate with internal departments, project owners, and external partners. • Track project communications and ensure timely follow-up. • Support workshop preparation, presentation reviews, and management reporting.
3. Skills & Qualifications Educational Qualification • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Technical Skills • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for executive presentations. • Experience with SAP ERP or other ERP systems is preferred. • Familiarity with project management tools is preferred. Experience • 5-7 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Operations. • Experience supporting cross-functional projects. • Experience organizing management meetings and governance activities.
