At Kyndryl, our PMO Leaders play a critical role in ensuring the successful governance, execution, and delivery of strategic programs that help customers modernize and transform their technology environments.

As a PMO Lead, you will be the trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing oversight across multiple projects and workstreams while ensuring alignment to business objectives, financial targets, and customer expectations. You will drive operational excellence, establish governance frameworks, manage risks proactively, and foster collaboration across delivery, account, and leadership teams.

What You Will Do

• Lead project governance, planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams to ensure successful delivery of customer outcomes.
• Coordinate with project teams, architects, and stakeholders to manage scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Provide PMO oversight, including project health monitoring, status reporting, financial tracking, and resource planning.
• Partner with Technical Architects and Application Architects to support solution planning, technical discussions, and delivery alignment.
• Apply foundational architecture knowledge to understand infrastructure, application, and technology dependencies and facilitate informed decision-making.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and senior stakeholders, providing clear project updates, recommendations, and escalation management.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across delivery, consulting, account, and partner teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
• Promote continuous improvement through effective governance, risk management, operational discipline, and adherence to project management best practices.

Required Skills and Experience

• Project Management or PMO experience supporting complex technology projects.
• Foundational knowledge of Technical Architecture (TA) or Application Architecture (AA), with the ability to engage in technical discussions and understand solution dependencies.
• Experience in project governance, risk management, financial tracking, and stakeholder management.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
• Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery experience.
• Collaborative mindset with a strong "One Team" approach to delivery.
