About the jobWe're looking for Project Manager to join our Indonesia team.

As Project Manager you will be responsible to provides overall project management and direction to the team in support of its role in the client. Assumes overall accountability and responsibility for the financial and technical performance of the Project Management Consultant (PMC).
To succeed in this role, you should have 15 years' experience in Geothermal Engineering.

What you'll do
We are looking for to join our team in Indonesia.
The role responsibilities include:
1. Manage all team to be able to implement safety process, near miss report and mitigate risk effectively in order safety working properly.
2. Prepare FEED and technical specification for the projects
3. Manage and lead direct and provide technical advisory and consultancy to field construction and standardize best practices / lesson learnt in an efficient and safe manner
4. Provide guidance and assistance in troubleshooting of operational problems to operations in a timely and safe manner in order to avoid any interruption to project schedule to achieve the business target.
5. Overall responsibility for the cost, schedule, safety, quality, risk management, engineering, construction and start up until COD of this project and manage all engineers and construction manager to ensure adherence to standards, plant performance, quality and safety expectations
6. Manage and lead direct and provide coaching on field construction best practices, Emergency Response Plan, Emergency Shutdown Testing, etc. Analyse and track competencies of project team and close competency gap
7. Manage and ensure implemented of technical standards, Safety In Design, specifications, drawings, lay out and documents FEED
8. Manage and coordinate with team related to design and operational reviews, maintenance program and approvals from key internal stakeholders.
9.Manage day to day commercial and contractual issues, work together with GDE management to implement internal project control tools and provide detail report to GDE GM Project including project progress, cost, schedule, safety performance, QA and QC
What you'll have
15 years' experience in Geothermal Engineering and at least 5 years as a Project Manager
