OverviewWe are building an AI-Native Engineering team and looking for Client Project Manager. This role is essential in ensuring successful project execution by coordinating teams, managing resources, and delivering client-focused solutions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills to drive projects from initiation to completion while aligning outcomes with business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Determine and define project scope and objectives and track project costs to meet budget.
- Submit project deliverables, prepare status reports, and establish effective project communication plans.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans for multiple technologies and topics.
- Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Anticipate and manage resources needed to reach objectives.
- Regularly supply project updates, reports, and dashboards about strategy, plans, and progress for stakeholders and clients.
- Use industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout execution of the project.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field is required.
- At least 3 - 5 years of project management and related experience are required.
- Flexible work hours are required.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Agile project management knowledge are advantages.
- Professional fluency in both written and spoken English is required.
- Strong familiarity is required with technology, learning management systems, and project management software, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proven experience seeing projects through their full life cycle is required.
- Organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Must have completed the compulsory 1-year NYSC or have an exemption certificate.
- A valid and up to date National Identity Card/NIMC slip is required upon commencement of this role.
