• Can gain experience as a PM as a junior PM

• Manage and prioritize the development backlog
• Ensure alignment across city-wide services and platforms
• Collaborate closely with UX design teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Plan and manage release schedules and announcements
• Engage directly with users on-site and support real-world operations
• Build operational processes and support onboarding activities
• Collect feedback on released products and drive a continuous improvement loop

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner for web and/or mobile applications
• Strong skills in creating detailed requirement and specification documents
• Experience defining and proposing quarterly and semi-annual team goals and roadmaps
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for project and documentation management
• Hands-on experience collecting user feedback and executing improvement cycles
• Bilingual proficiency (Japanese & English) in a business environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams on technical topics
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience planning and managing product releases and building supporting operations
• Strong judgment and prioritization skills when handling complex requirements and trade-offs

• Experience designing complex privacy and authorization models
• Experience with community-based services such as calendars, groupware, or social / collaboration platforms
