Position Overview:
Lead a project to develop a global communication platform for a leading Japanese manufacturing group. The project is to deploy Microsoft Teams Voice throughout the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Together with the head of the Japan headquarters, you will be responsible for managing the project, focusing on upstream processes such as requirement definition, design, and building.
After completing the testing in Japan, they will implement the new system to their other Asia, Europe and US office.

What will you do:

• Understand requirements definition, design, and construction plans
• Conduct system testing and create manuals
• Lead system implementation (at various locations in Asia)
• Reporting
• Troubleshooting

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience building and operating phone systems for any manufacturer (Teams Voice, Cisco Unified Communications, Avaya, Notel, etc.) *Hands-on experience required
• Experience in system implementation for projects in a global company
• Experience negotiating with clients
• Japanese language skills and business level English (required for communication with various locations within the client, especially in Asia)
