We are seeking an experienced Sheetmetal Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for preparing Airside contract estimates, overseeing project execution, and working closely with field and shop teams to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Review construction documents and specifications
• Solicit vendor and subcontractor quotes
• Attend pre-bid meetings and bi-weekly construction meetings
• Prepare Airside estimates for sheetmetal installations in a variety of settings (commercial, industrial, schools, hospitals, power plants, etc.)
• Perform field measurements for duct fabrication
• Collaborate with field/shop foremen to schedule and issue work instructions 2–3 weeks in advance

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary ($70,000 – $80,000, commensurate with experience)

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory capacity with estimating and field installation experience
• Strong knowledge of SMACNA duct construction standards
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
