Role Overview: Seeking an experienced bilingual Global Project Manager to lead the rollout of the ServiceNow ITSM tool across 5 regions, covering nearly 200 sites, 38,000 users, and over 50,000 devices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end global rollout of ServiceNow ITSM
• Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders
• Ensure successful implementation of modules including:

o Incident Management

o Service Request

o Problem Management

o Change Management

o Knowledge Management
• Track progress, manage risks/issues, and deliver within timelines

Requirements:
• Proven global project management experience
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules listed above
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Bilingual: English and Japanese (business level or higher)
