Description

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager who will take ownership of end-to-end development of new branches across all brands. This role is highly strategic - ideal for someone who enjoys big-picture thinking, cost control, and complex problem solving, while leading strong execution teams.
What You'll Do

• Lead and monitor the entire lifecycle of new branch development projects, from planning to handover.
• Own project strategy, timeline, and budget across multiple brands and locations.
• Manage and align cross-functional teams including Project Construction, Project Designer, Quantity Surveyor (QS), and Location Analyst.
• Drive cost efficiency, budgeting, and forecasting while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
• Identify risks early and provide practical, data-driven solutions to unblock project issues.
• Act as a key decision-maker and escalation point for complex project challenges.
• Collaborate closely with leadership and stakeholders to ensure projects align with business growth plans.

What We're Looking For

• >5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in multi-site development, construction, expansion, or facilities.
• Strong background in strategic project planning, cost management, and stakeholder management.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and external vendors/contractors.
• Excellent problem-solving mindset - calm, structured, and solution-oriented.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously across different brands or locations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related fields.
