VP of Operations: M-F/8-5/40hr.wk. Determine & formulate policies & provide overall direction in medical records department under the direction of COO; review & oversight of patient records incl. physician/NP encounters, medical coding; identify opportunities & optimize revenue streams; ensure compliance w/ all state/federal regs. re.: private health care facilities; manage staff re. timely/quality performance & ensure performance of duties in compliance w/ corp. policies & goals, reg. reqs. & QC standards; apply knowledge of DSM relevant to encounter, incl. diagnostic codes for mental health conditions; assess latest industry tech. & equip. upgrades; risk mitigation & compliance; respond to weekly audits; utilize Microsoft Teams, Quickbooks & EMR Systems.
