このポジションでは,意欲的なプロジェクトをリードし,確実に遂行する力が求められます.Kantarのプロジェクトマネージャーとして,世界水準のオンライン調査プロジェクトを企画から完了まで管理します.クライアント,外部パートナー,社内チームと連携し,スケジュールの遵守とプロセスの徹底を図ります.

主な業務内容
- クライアントからの依頼内容を優先順位付けし,合意されたスケジュール内でプロジェクトを管理
- クライアントのニーズを理解し,調査に反映させ,必要に応じて他のPMに共有
- オンライン調査手法やProfilesのガイドラインについてクライアントに情報提供• 教育
- 初回ミーティングの実施とプロジェクト詳細の確認
- プロジェクト期間中のメール• 電話による進捗報告と積極的なコミュニケーション
- クライアント対応を中心としたオンラインプロジェクト全体の管理
- 複数国にまたがる複雑な調査の計画• 管理
- サンプル設計,スクリプト作成,ホスティングを含む中-高難度の調査管理
- リスクの事前察知と,クライアントとの協働による迅速な解決
- 調査のスケジュール設定,サンプル要件の指定,フィールド調査のモニタリング

- 基本的な調査知識の理解(歓迎)

About this role
Are you poised to lead exceptionally ambitious projects and carry them out flawlessly? As a Project Manager at Kantar, you will supervise world-class online research projects from start to finish. You will collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring timelines are achieved and processes are strictly adhered to. This is an outstanding opportunity to determine the success of high-profile projects in a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere.
Any research background experience involving questionnaire designing and report writing is a big plus.
What you'll be doing
- Prioritise briefs received from the clients and effectively manage the project within the agreed timescale.
- Understand the client's needs, consult them and incorporate them into the research, communicating them to other project managers as required.
- Offer information and/or education to clients regarding the online research methodology and Profiles guidelines.
- Host initial meetings with the client to confirm project details.
- Provide proactive communication and progress updates via e-mail and phone throughout the project.
- Direct all elements of online projects, with a focus on client interaction and assistance.
- Manage and plan complex studies like multi-country studies, involving multiple collaborators.
- Manage both sample and script & host studies with moderate to high complexity.
- Actively anticipate and identify study risks ahead of time, swiftly resolving them in collaboration with the client using a solutions-oriented approach.
- Schedule and set up surveys, specify sample requirements, and monitor surveys in the field.
- Manage profitability of projects through monitoring project budgets.
- Communicate with outsourcing partners to ensure all managed studies are being monitored effectively.
- Work alongside Research Technology teams to ensure projects are scripted and fielded accurately to meet client requirements.
- Provide updates to clients daily on the status of the project.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
The skills & experience required for a Project Manager role:
- 2+ years' experience in data collection, full-service market research, or online market research industry experience is desirable.
- An understanding of basic research concepts is desirable.
- Degrees in Commercial, Business, Marketing, or IT are ideal.
- Ability to develop rapport with client teams, manage client expectations successfully, and build strong working relationships.
- Must work efficiently, meet deadlines, and possess strong time management skills.
- Experience using technological tools like Excel, SPSS, and an interest in web-based survey tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment and understanding complex challenges.
- Excellent communication (both oral and written), attention to detail, and follow-up skills are essential.
- Experience in dealing with multicultural/multinational clients and suppliers in a regional/global role in MNEs.
- Adept with Microsoft: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and the Internet.
- Proficient in Japanese is a requirement. Additional advantage if proficient in English.
