Job Description
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stream projects or programs, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and KPIs.
- Drive strategic planning, governance, and execution, coordinating efforts across departments, vendors, and senior leadership.

- Develop and manage comprehensive project roadmaps, resource plans, budgets, and risk registers for multiple concurrent projects.

- Provide proactive risk and issue management, ensuring timely identification, escalation, and resolution to minimize project disruption.

- Facilitate executive-level communication, including regular updates to stakeholders and business through dashboards, reports, and presentations.

- Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies, adapting frameworks to best fit project and organizational contexts.

- Mentor and guide project managers and project teams, promoting best practices, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

- 6+ years of progressive experience in project and program management, preferably within the fintech or banking sector.

- Proven success managing complex, cross-functional projects with multi-million-dollar budgets and distributed teams.

- PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification (Scrum Master or SAFe) is required; additional leadership certifications are a plus.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities, with a track record of influencing senior executives.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and confidently.

- Advanced proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Planner, MS Project, or equivalent, and experience with collaboration platforms like Confluence or Microsoft Teams.
