Join us as a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) and take full ownership in driving complex IT and change projects at MEININGER Hotels!
You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders at all levels, and ensure the successful delivery of projects that bring measurable value to our business.

YOUR TASKS
- You take full responsibility for managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within agreed time, cost, quality, and scope tolerances.
- You prepare and maintain essential project documentation such as project briefs, stage plans, work packages, risk and issue registers, and end project reports.
- You lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and accountability across all stakeholders.
- You establish and manage project procedures including risk management, issue management, change control, reporting, and communication flows.
- You provide regular progress updates and highlight reports to the Project Board, advising on deviations and recommending corrective actions where needed.
- You liaise with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and programme management to align on goals and avoid overlap with related projects.
- You ensure that project outcomes support the business case and deliver measurable benefits for MEININGER Hotels.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have at least 3-5 years' experience as a Project Manager, ideally in hospitality, IT, or change/project environments.
- You bring strong planning, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- You demonstrate proven people management and leadership abilities, with strong skills in motivation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- You communicate excellently, both written and verbal, and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders across all levels.
- You are a proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail and the ability to make decisions under uncertainty.
- You are confident in using project management tools and systems (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook).
- You speak English fluently at a professional level; German is a plus.
- You are resilient, pragmatic, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment.
