Description

As a Senior Manager - Project Management - Mixed-Use at Qiddiya Investment Company, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of leisure and entertainment in Saudi Arabia. This position focuses on the management and delivery of mixed-use developments, ensuring that our projects not only meet but exceed the expectations of stakeholders and future communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of mixed-use projects in alignment with Qiddiya's vision and strategic objectives.
• Develop and implement project management strategies and methodologies to optimize project delivery timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate across various disciplines, including architecture, engineering, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project resources effectively, leading both internal teams and external contractors to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and changes.
• Conduct thorough project risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project reports, including financial projections, to the executive team.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in project delivery processes.
• Support the professional development of project team members through mentoring and coaching.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on mixed-use developments.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex projects from conception to completion.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
