Description

We are seeking a Senior Design Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of design on major projects across the GCC. You will work alongside world-class clients, architects, and consultants to deliver iconic and sustainable developments. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary design teams through all project stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design strategy and coordination across multiple complex projects.
• Ensure design quality and compliance with regional standards and client expectations.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities.
• Oversee concept, schematic, and detailed design phases through to construction documentation.
• Manage design programs, risk, and value engineering processes.
• Provide design leadership, mentoring junior staff and upholding best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in architectural or engineering design management.
• Proven experience working on large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly presentable with strong client-facing abilities.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• GCC experience is highly desirable.
• Degree in Architecture.
