BlackStone eIT is looking for a dedicated Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects across various departments. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your leadership skills will guide a team of professionals toward achieving project goals while maintaining the highest quality standards.

As a Project Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, establish timelines, and monitor progress. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage resources will be crucial in navigating complex project environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and maintaining morale.
• Conduct regular project meetings, providing updates and facilitating discussions on issues and risks.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Prepare and present project reports, including progress updates and performance metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in the technology or IT sector.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
