About RSVP of Central Oklahoma:
For more than 50 years, RSVP of Central Oklahoma has connected adults age 55+ with meaningful volunteer opportunities across more than 50 nonprofit partner sites. Our volunteers serve in food pantries, senior centers, schools, hospitals, and community programs, strengthening lives through service.
Position Summary:
The Project Manager strengthens RSVP of Central Oklahoma’s ability to mobilize adults 55+ in volunteer service. This role manages projects that support volunteer recruitment, placement, and recognition; maintains compliance with AmeriCorps Seniors grant requirements; ensures accurate data collection and reporting; and contributes to sustainability efforts, including activities that support the program’s required non-federal match.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, and place older adult volunteers with RSVP partner stations.
- Support volunteers with orientation, training, and ongoing communication.
- Develop and maintain relationships with volunteer stations and community partners.
- Collect, analyze, and report program data, including AmeriCorps performance measures.
- Maintain accurate records in RSVP’s CRM (Bloomerang) to track volunteer participation, service hours, and outcomes.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and files required for AmeriCorps compliance and monitoring.
- Assist with volunteer recognition and appreciation activities.
- Contribute to sustainability efforts, including activities that strengthen RSVP’s ability to meet its non-federal share requirement through community engagement and resource development.
Work Environment
This position requires in-office work at RSVP’s administrative office with occasional travel to partner sites across Oklahoma County.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, social services, project management, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum 2 years of project coordination or program management experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management; experience with CRM systems preferred.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in grant reporting, fundraising, or donor relations.
- Background in volunteer management or community partnerships.
- Comfort with public speaking and representing the organization in community settings.
