Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Ensure projects are executed according to the bank's governance and compliance standards.
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between business units, IT teams, vendors, and regulators.
- Facilitate communication, progress reporting, and issue resolution with stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Risk & Compliance Oversight
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Ensure compliance with CBK guidelines, ISO standards, PCI DSS, and internal audit requirements.
- Maintain project documentation for audit readiness and regulatory reporting.
- Monitoring & Reporting
- Track project progress against milestones, KPIs, and budgets.
- Prepare regular status reports and present updates to senior management and steering committees.
- Escalate risks, issues, and deviations promptly with recommended actions.
- Leadership & Team Coordination
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams (IT, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Business).
- Motivate team members, manage conflicts, and foster collaboration.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and knowledge transfer within the PMO.
Technical & Professional Skills:
- Proven experience managing core banking, digital banking, compliance, or regulatory projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, PMBOK).
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Strong financial management skills for project budgeting and cost control.
- Familiarity with IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.

Requirements
