• Project Planning & Execution
  
  
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.
  • Ensure projects are executed according to the bank's governance and compliance standards.
• Stakeholder Management
  
  
  • Act as the primary point of contact between business units, IT teams, vendors, and regulators.
  • Facilitate communication, progress reporting, and issue resolution with stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Risk & Compliance Oversight
  
  
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
  • Ensure compliance with CBK guidelines, ISO standards, PCI DSS, and internal audit requirements.
  • Maintain project documentation for audit readiness and regulatory reporting.
• Monitoring & Reporting
  
  
  • Track project progress against milestones, KPIs, and budgets.
  • Prepare regular status reports and present updates to senior management and steering committees.
  • Escalate risks, issues, and deviations promptly with recommended actions.
• Leadership & Team Coordination
  
  
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams (IT, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Business).
  • Motivate team members, manage conflicts, and foster collaboration.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and knowledge transfer within the PMO.

• Proven experience managing core banking, digital banking, compliance, or regulatory projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, PMBOK).
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Strong financial management skills for project budgeting and cost control.
• Familiarity with IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
