Position Title: Project CoordinatorDepartment Location: Sales
Reports To: Project Manager

Position Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Project Coordinator is to manage and coordinate project
activities, ensuring projects progress smoothly from initiation to completion. The Project
Coordinator acts as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors, managing
project timelines, resources, and deliverables. This role requires a blend of project
management, account management, and administrative skills to support successful project
outcomes and client satisfaction.
Essential Job Function Time Allocations:
1. Project Coordination (35%): Oversees project timelines, schedules, and resources.
Coordinates project activities, including planning, execution, and delivery. Monitors
project progress and identify potential issues while looking for solutions.
2. Client Communication (25%): Serves as a primary point of contact for clients,
providing regular updates and addressing inquiries. Manages client expectations and
ensures satisfaction. Builds and maintains strong client relationships.
3. Project Administration (20%): Prepares project proposals, quotes, and
documentation. Tracks project costs, budgets, and financial information. Maintains
project files and records.
4. Installation Coordination (10%): Coordinates installation schedules and activities.
Liaises with installers and vendors. Ensures successful installation and project closeout.
5. Problem Solving and Support (10%): Identifies and resolves project-related issues.
Provides troubleshooting assistance and support to clients and internal teams.
Proposes solutions and process improvements.
Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related
field, or equivalent experience.
2. Experience: Three years of experience in project coordination, account management,
or a related role. Project management experience is preferred.
3. Computer/Software and Office Equipment Skills: Proficiency with MS Office Suite
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and project management software (e.g., SmartSheet). Basic
knowledge of CAD is desirable.

timeliness and accuracy.
Specific Accountabilities:
1: Manages the execution of construction projects, including ground-up,
remodels and resets.
2: Develops and maintains project schedules and tracks key milestones.
3: Coordinates with internal and external teams to define project scope and
requirements.
4: Prepares and presents project proposals, quotes, and reports.
5: Monitors project budgets, cost, and profitability.
6: Ensures project compliance with specifications, quality standards, and
safety regulations.
7: Facilitates project meetings and communicates project status to
stakeholders.
8 Manages project documentation and close-out processes.
9: Represents FCI in a professional manner.
10: Completes paperwork and performs administrative duties as required and
defined by administrative, accounting, and HR protocol and procedures.
