JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager VACP - (RC) to join our dynamic team. As a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional programs in line with Vision 2030. The Project Manager VACP - (RC) will be responsible for overseeing and managing the VACP (Value-Added Construction Process) projects, ensuring effective project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.

In this role, you will manage all phases of project planning and implementation, coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects in accordance with client specifications and requirements.
• Lead project teams and manage resources to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting plans as necessary.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee project documentation and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with a focus on construction-related projects.
• Strong understanding of VACP methodologies and principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region is preferred.
