Description
As a Solutions Readiness Project Manager - Vice President within the Solution Readiness Team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth Client Onboarding & Service, empowering Sales teams, and aligning various stakeholders through a robust client communication and training strategy. You will be focused on learning solution delivery leveraging existing and evolving learning platforms and execution of select communication strategies. This role requires an experienced project manager with a learning and communications background, who is articulate, highly organized, resourceful, and self-motivated. You should be comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment and have a strong understanding of learning design and delivery practices, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong understanding of risks and controls. This role will provide core support across the broader Solutions Readiness and Enablement teams covering both treasury (TS) and merchant services (MS).Job Responsibilities
- Lead development of the evolving learning readiness strategy, foundational readiness resources, tracking, and framework enhancements
- Execute the Solutions Enablement and Readiness team Mail Maven strategy
- Manage Solutions Readiness for select projects, coordinating with stakeholders for successful change delivery
- Facilitate design team review sessions and communicate participant feedback and leverage when refining the learning strategy
- Facilitate internal reporting and prepare stakeholder updates.
- Support ad hoc initiatives to enhance processes.
- Ensure adherence to risk and controls framework
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of project management, learning, or communication experience in the financial services industry or related field
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize high volume, high priority initiatives
- Knowledge of learning and delivery methods and practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including AP style guide familiarity
- Adept at working with colleagues at all levels, including senior management
- Demonstrated bias for action, with creative problem-solving skills and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Expertise in Microsoft applications (especially PowerPoint) and experience using project management support tools (especially Workfront)
- Exposure to learning delivery platforms and communication channels (especially Adobe and MailMaven)
- Experience managing non-technical projects.
- Knowledge of Payments products and solutions
- Understanding and knowledge of current and evolving learning design and delivering methods
