Job Location: Haifa / Nazareth - Israel

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will lead and manage the Green field implementation and maintenance of any EAM solutions. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project milestones are met, and optimizing the use of EAM enhance asset management and operational efficiency.

Job Description:
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for MMIS implementation.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Oversee all phases of project management, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and executive management.
• Lead and mentor a team of EAM developers, analysts, and consultants.
• Coordinate with external vendors and consultants as required for specialized expertise.
• Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems and data sources.
• Analyse current asset management processes and identify opportunities for improvement using EAM.
• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and administrators.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, designs, test plans, and user manuals.
