• Looking for an efficient Project Manager with bilingual capability for leading the development of a Health Data Management System for a major AI enabled data management solution provider in Japan
• The ideal candidate should have a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and attention to detail, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Need to gather the details of requirements and create a software specification based on this
• Oversee the implementation and management of the system
• Coordinate between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field with bilingual capability (Japanese and English)
• 10 Years of software development experience and project management experience
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Good interpersonal communication (both Japanese and English) skills and experience in collaborating with the team.
• Client handling and coordination with offshore development team
• Providing guidance to the development team, mentoring and guiding engineers, and being a role model for project excellence.
• Understanding of Cloud interface, Network data transfer and Security system

• Knowledge in container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes
• Understanding of database system and SQL handling
• Able to understand and handle various scripting tools
• Knowledge in medical devices and applications, standards such as DICOM, FHIR, Security and Privacy, and Medical Regulations

• Japanese ability - Business level / JLPT N3 or above (Reading & Writing)
• English - Business level (Good communication and presentation skills required)
