Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading building materials company, seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the marble industry to oversee and deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with clients, vendors, and on-site teams, and ensuring flawless execution from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor projects related to marble installation, fabrication, and supply.

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.

- Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project flow.

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with specifications.

- Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective project delivery.

- Resolve any on-site issues, delays, or quality concerns promptly.

- Ensure all work adheres to industry standards, safety regulations, and client expectations.

- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the marble/stone industry.

- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).

- Strong knowledge of marble fabrication, installation techniques, and material sourcing.

- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.

- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).

- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
