Description

• Job type: Internship (Mon-Fri, 8:30-17:15; approximately 1-month duration with flexibility)
• Location: Asia North Area Office (Tokyo)
• Salary: Based on Church policies and procedures

• Starting date: July or August 2026 (Negotiable)

• Assists in the design development and construction management of assigned construction projects, including meetinghouses, mission facilities, CES seminaries and institutes, welfare projects, and the renovation of existing facilities
• Supports the Project Manager in meeting performance standards related to the quality, cost, and timeliness (QCT) objectives of each project

• Hold a valid temple recommend (Required)
• Currently enrolled in a university or have graduated within the past year
• Majoring in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills and business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese
• Ability to provide administrative and coordination support in communications with real estate representatives, architects, engineers, contractors, and relevant government and community organizations
• Basic skills in estimating, scheduling, and analysis work
