Project Manager - Industrial Project

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee our logistics operations at our Benete, Sumbawa site. This implant position requires a proactive leader who can ensure the delivery of exceptional service while optimizing financial performance and managing stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics Operations Management: Plan and ensure daily logistics operations to meet agreed customer service, quality, and financial objectives.
• Budget Development: Develop and manage operating budgets and plans aimed at optimizing the financial performance of the project.
• Resource Implementation: Ensure the implementation of systems that provide adequate human resources, materials, and logistics infrastructure necessary for delivering high-quality logistics services.
• Capacity Adjustment: Adjust operational capacities in response to changes and growth in business volumes and operational requirements to deliver logistics services profitably.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial project management or heavy transportation.

Skills:

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong background in industrial project shipment management.
• Solid understanding of business processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
