Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager ID - Site to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale infrastructure development and site management projects in one of the world's most exciting and rapidly growing cities.
- Lead and manage complex site development projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using industry-standard project management methodologies and tools
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities
- Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations, providing regular updates and presentations on project progress
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Dubai
- Analyze project performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performance project management culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on infrastructure development or construction projects
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale site development projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira)
- Excellent budgeting and financial management skills
- Demonstrated ability to assess and mitigate project risks
- Superior stakeholder management and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of infrastructure development and site management practices
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Dubai
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
