Job Role: Project Manager
Job Location: Kochi
Experience Required: 9+years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in project planning, Agile methodologies, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement to ensure successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management activities, from initiation to closure
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) to manage iterative delivery
• Monitor project performance and implement performance optimization strategies
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks through effective risk management
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives
• Track progress using KPIs, dashboards, and regular status reporting

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong Project Management and Project Planning skills
• Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks
• Proven ability in Performance Optimization and process improvement
• Solid understanding of Risk Management techniques and controls
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, SAFe, etc.)
• Experience in delivering complex or multi-stakeholder projects
• Exposure to continuous improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma)
