Job Title: Project Manager

Experience: 9+ years in Project Management

Role Summary:
Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring scope, timeline, quality, and cost targets are met. Drive Agile/Scrum practices to enhance team productivity and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with stakeholders, manage risks, and lead cross-functional teams to successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, scheduling, estimation, resource allocation, and execution.
• Manage scope, requirements, and change control with customers.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Scrum maturity and best practices.
• Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders.
• Drive quality assurance and defect management activities.
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting skill enhancement and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with governance and quality standards.
• Collaborate with account managers to align projects with business goals.
