Ich trage die end-to-end-Verantwortung für die Steuerung der qualitätsgerechten Produktion, Transport und Installation des Erdkabels in einem der größten Stromtrassenprojekte Deutschlands.

Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz treibt den Netzausbau für die Energiewende voran. Ein großer Baustein sind dabei die DC-Onshore Programme SuedOstLink, SuedOstLink+ und NordOstLink, welche den Energietransport vom windreichen Norden in den Süden des Landes ermöglichen. Diese Stelle ist im Programm NordOstLink angesiedelt, welches sich derzeit in der Planungs- und Genehmigungsphase befindet. Hier stellt man in den nächsten Monaten die Weichen für die Realisierung und Inbetriebnahme dieser Höchstspannungsgleichstromübertragungs-Verbindung (HGÜ-Verbindung).

Meine Aufgaben:

• Eigenverantwortliche fachliche Führung des internen Kabelteilprojektteams sowie weiterer Projektbeteiligter zum elektrotechnischen Design, Überwachung der Kabelproduktion, Planung der Kabelinstallation und Inbetriebnahme der HGÜ-Onshore-Erdkabelverbindung NordOstLink,
• Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung der externen Kabellieferanten, dazu gehört das Management von Scopeänderungen (technisch und kommerziell), Tracking des Fortschritts und Ableiten von korrektiven Maßnahmen,
• Unterstützung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Trassierungsplanung und dem Genehmigungsteam, sowie dem Tiefbauteam für die Erdkabelverbindung NordOstLink,
• Aktive Steuerung des Teilprojektes zur Erreichung der übergeordneten Programm- und Projektziele (insbesondere HSE, Zeit, Qualität, Kosten) durch Anwendung der Projektmanagementprozesse und -tools,
• Koordination von Ausschreibung und Vergabeverfahren im Zusammenhang mit der Kabelinstallation und Mitwirkung an der Erstellung von zugehörigen Ausschreibungsunterlagen,
• Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, bei Bedarf Vor-Ort-Termine beim Kabellieferanten, der Baustelle sowie Vertretung des Projektes gegenüber Behörden und bei Veranstaltungen zur Öffentlichkeitsbeteiligung (Reiseanteil <10%).

Meine Kompetenzen:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in einem ingenieurtechnischen Studiengang, wie z. B. Elektrotechnik, Energietechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar,
• Planungs- und Leitungserfahrung innerhalb großer Infrastrukturprojekte,
• Einschlägige Erfahrung in Design, Produktionsüberwachung, Abnahme und Logistik komplexer Industriegüter,
• Versierter Umgang mit PC-Standardsoftware, insbesondere MS-Office,
• Sehr gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse (C1) und gute englische Sprachkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift.

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

• Kenntnisse in HGÜ-Kabeltechnik und deren Installation (Kabel-/Muffenmontage),
• Eine Zertifizierung im Projektmanagement oder vergleichbare Abschlüsse,
• Kenntnisse von Projektmanagement-Tools und SAP.

Typical areas of work for construction engineers at 50Hertz

Asset Management: This involves developing the principles and guidelines required to handle the construction-related challenges that arise throughout the organisation.

Projects, cables, substations, and offshore: These divisions carry out all renovation and new build projects in our main areas of construction such as overhead power lines and cable traverses, substations, and switchgear, as well as offshore construction.
