Job Title: Project Manager - ELV Systems

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and manage ELV system projects across various sectors, including commercial, residential, and industrial. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, proven leadership capabilities, and a successful track record in delivering complex ELV solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and deliver ELV system projects on time and within budget

- Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met

- Supervise project teams and manage subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery

- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle

- Prepare and submit reports, documentation, and handover materials

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing ELV system projects

- Strong knowledge of ELV systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, AV, BMS, GRMS, and more

- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders

- PMP certification is desirable
