Position

Jung von Matt is looking for a Project Manager Digital - Platforms (d/f/m) for our Experience team. You support and coordinate composable platform projects - acting as the hub between clients, designers and developers. You keep delivery structured and transparent and grow into full project ownership with guidance from senior colleagues.

Your tasks:

• Coordinate digital platform projects (websites/e-commerce/app ecosystems) and support end-to-end delivery
• Support planning and steering of technical implementation (timelines, tickets, QA, releases) with Tech Leads and developers
• Gather and document requirements; support prioritization and dependency management
• Coordinate workflows for design and content (components, content models, migration support, acceptance criteria)
• Support client communication, status reporting, budget tracking and basic project controlling

What you score with:

• A few years of experience in digital project management/consulting, ideally in an agency
• Basic understanding ofheadless CMS / composable setupsand how integrations influence delivery
• Familiarity withContentful/Storyblok(or similar) and interest in e-commerce ecosystems (Shopify/SCAYLE is a plus)
• Structured working style, reliable documentation and clear communication
• First experience with agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) and stakeholder management
• Fluent German and good English
• Hands-on mindset, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience:

• Experience with corporate websites, brand platforms or digital content ecosystems
• First touchpoints with QA, releases, content migration, accessibility/performance considerations
