Job Details - Education Business Unit: This is the education business division that has been maintained and grown for over 40 years in Japan.

We import and sell US-made OMR (mark sheet reader) as the Japanese agent, and provide and support our customers with systems (such as entrance exam marking processing) that use the data output from the scanner. We also support our customers in solving their problems by providing BPO services that undertake entrance exam processing. We understand the issues and needs of our customers in the education business, provide our solutions, and provide services that support the development of the education market (mainly exam processing).

This project is a modification of a peripheral system that uses OMR equipment. Using data obtained by OMR, you will be managing a series of tasks such as data cleaning, system requirements definition for marking processing, manufacturing (modification), testing, delivery, and support. Communication with customers is also important. Although OMR equipment will be used, it is a general development project.

Job Description:
• PM duties (instructions and judgments at each stage, task/schedule management, progress management, problem/risk management, quality control, etc.)
• Understand the contents of various tests (multiple) and design/develop or modify/test/deliver operational programs (multiple) according to requirements
• Standby support during the actual test period (three times a year)
• During the program development period, provide regular progress reports to customers, participate in regular meetings, and manage issues using BackLog
• During normal periods, manage issues using Backlog, respond to questions from Eiken Headquarters and operational sites, and support on-site visits
• BP management

Eligibility to Register:
• Experience in system development (requirements definition, design, manufacturing, inspection, delivery, maintenance support)
• Knowledge and experience of C#, MS Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Access, MS Azure
• Communication skills in Japanese (listening, speaking and understanding)
• Proactive in everything (research, technical acquisition, etc.)
• Able to work carefully
