Project Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in electrical commercial construction (residential experience does not apply).
• Recent experience leading data center construction projects of $5M+ in scope.
• Must be available to work on-site in Cedar Rapids, IA (no remote or office placement).

Project Manager Preferred Background & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related business discipline focused on construction.
• Existing relationships with superintendents, foremen, or trusted subcontractors you can bring to the project.

Project Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the data center construction project on-site, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors and major trades.
• Foster a safety-first, quality-driven environment in the field.
• Manage site documentation, regular progress reporting, and communication with stakeholders.
• Build and lead a high-performing, reliable on-site team to ensure project success.
