Job Description
We are looking for experienced Project Managers with strong expertise in the banking domain to lead and deliver banking technology projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing end-to-end project life cycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and preferably working on Temenos Core Banking implementations or related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of banking and financial services projects
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals
• Lead cross-functional teams including business, technology, vendors, and external partners
• Monitor project progress, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders and senior management
• Ensure adherence to banking regulations, internal policies, and compliance standards
• Drive requirement gathering, solution design discussions, UAT, and go-live activities
• Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and steering committee updates
• Manage change requests and ensure proper governance and approvals
• Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6 to 8 years of experience in Project Management within the banking or financial services domain
• Strong understanding of core banking processes (Retail, Corporate, Payments, Loans, Treasury, etc.)
• Experience managing IT or digital transformation projects in banking
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex dependencies
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint,Project, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience or strong exposure to Temenos Core Banking (T24 /Temenos Transact)
• Experience in core banking implementation, upgrade, migration, or integration projects
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus
• Knowledge of banking compliance and regulatory standards

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Management, or related field
• MBA or Project Management certification is an added advantage
