We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Management Lead to drive Sungrow's strategic initiatives across Europe, including the setup of new legal entities, large-scale manufacturing localization projects, software subsidiary build-out, and cross-functional compliance programs. This is a high impact and high visibility role is central to coordinating multi-country stakeholders, ensuring operational readiness, and enabling Sungrow's long-term growth in the European market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end project management for multiple strategic initiatives, including:
- Establishment of new subsidiary.
- Setup of manufacturing entities and factories
- Project management of initiatives across legal structuring, governance, HR and financial projects across EU jurisdictions.
- Develop and maintain master project plans, timelines, and deliverable trackers, ensuring alignment with HQ and local leadership.
- Serve as the central coordination point between HQ , EU subsidiaries, and external partners (legal firms, consulting firm, industrial partners , government agencies and etc).
- Facilitate effective communication across cross-functional teams: Legal, Finance, HR, IT, Production, Product, and Marketing.
- Prepare concise executive summaries, decision papers, and leadership updates for senior management and HQ.
- Coordinate with internal legal team and external law firms on various legal topics
- Ensure operational compliance in employment structuring, and governance frameworks.
- Align HR structures to ensure compliant labor contracts and local workforce integration.
- Maintain structured documentation of key decisions, risks, and next steps in a standardized format.
- Provide bi-weekly project updates and ensure transparency on status, blockers, and priorities.
Your profile
- Proven track record in project management, or operations (experience with international expansion preferred).
- Background in legal and/or finance is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese & English
- Proficiency in project management tools and strong documentation/reporting ability.
