About Actemium Oil & Gas Maintenance

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead a major GMC/FMC (General Maintenance Contract / Fabric Maintenance Contract) project in Nigeria.

This role offers a unique opportunity to take full ownership of a strategic maintenance contract in a demanding and multicultural environment. You will act as the key interface with the Client while leading multidisciplinary teams on site.

Your Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary interface with the COMPANY's Representative
• Provide weekly and monthly advisory support
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports
• Identify risks and propose corrective action plans

Financial & Contractual Management

• Manage the contract P&L, establish annual budget and monthly reforecast
• Ensure contractual compliance in terms of cost, schedule and quality
• Prepare quotations, variation orders and invoicing

Operational Management

• Lead and coordinate all maintenance activities to achieve contractual deliverables
• Coordinate local and international subcontractors
• Ensure implementation of procedures and reporting systems
• Participate in weekly, and monthly coordination meetings
• Liaise with headquarters for technical and operational support

Team & HSE Leadership

• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and company regulations
• Promote a strong safety culture across all teams and subcontractors
• Identify and implement necessary safety training
• Ensure professional conduct and high performance on site

Profile & Qualifications

• B.Sc . in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
• 5-10 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance environments
• Strong experience managing service contracts or GMCs/FMCs
• Proven ability to lead multicultural and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong contract management and client-facing skills
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities
• High level of autonomy, leadership, and accountability

Languages

• English (fluent - written and spoken)
