About the Role
Sprinklr is seeking a Lead Project Manager to oversee enterprise-level projects for some of our most strategic clients. In this role, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of complex programs, ensuring successful outcomes that drive measurable value for our customers. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver excellence at scale.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage a portfolio of 5-7 enterprise accounts, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Drive project governance, including change control, risk management, and mitigation planning.
- Partner with consulting teams, regional leaders, and internal departments to coordinate delivery across multiple geographies.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with client executives and internal stakeholders.
- Develop deep knowledge of the Sprinklr platform to create realistic project plans and high-level solutions.
- Provide accurate reporting and forecasting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage client expectations and deliver successful, measurable outcomes.
- Set the tone for quality and excellence across all aspects of delivery.
- Share weekly status updates and burn reports with stakeholders.
- Stay informed on industry trends to shape innovative client solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Korean and English (mandatory).
- Based in Korea with flexibility to work across APAC.
- Extensive experience in client management and working with executive-level stakeholders.
- Proven track record in IT, SaaS, Social, or Software project management.
- Skilled in managing large-scale, multi-organizational initiatives with multicultural teams.
- Strong ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, and drive accountability.
- Leadership experience in managing enterprise-level projects and risks.
- Excellent influencing, negotiation, and mediation skills.
- Ability to motivate teams without direct reporting lines.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, web technologies, and Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
- Project Management certifications (PRINCE2, PMP, CSM) preferred.
- Experience in CCaaS delivery/rollout is a plus.
