Overview:
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to work closely with members of a Digital Center of Excellence (COE) team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth communication between cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and supporting the successful delivery of digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project management, outstanding communication skills, and a proactive, can-do attitude. This is an excellent opportunity to deepen project management expertise in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.
This position offers a flexible hybrid working style, combining remote work with in-office collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects across multiple business units.
- Assist in developing and managing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Act as the primary liaison for project stakeholders and external partners.
- Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to review and finalize contracts.
- Track and maintain contract documents, renewals, and compliance requirements.
- Partner with Information Security and IT teams to complete security reviews.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
- Document project activities, deliverables, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify key successes and areas for improvement.
- Monitor project KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

- Fluent in Japanese and business-level English (spoken and written).

Preferred Qualifications:
