Overview:

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to work closely with members of a Digital Center of Excellence (COE) team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth communication between cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and supporting the successful delivery of digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project management, outstanding communication skills, and a proactive, can-do attitude. Key Responsibilities:

• Support planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects across multiple business units.
• Assist in developing and managing project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Act as the primary liaison for project stakeholders and external partners.
• Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to review and finalize contracts.
• Track and maintain contract documents, renewals, and compliance requirements.
• Partner with Information Security and IT teams to complete security reviews.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Document project activities, deliverables, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify key successes and areas for improvement.
• Monitor project KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:
