Description

• Support advisory projects by assisting with:
  • Data analysis
  • Insight development
  • Basic interpretation of findings
• Help translate analytical outputs into clear narratives and recommendations
• Support preparation of advisory deliverables (slides, summaries, insights)

• Support day-to-day project coordination for technical initiatives
• Assist in Scrum Meetings and Responsibilities (meeting notes, timeline monitoring, task follow-ups, documentation)
• Help maintain project timelines, task tracking, and delivery status
• Flag risks, blockers, or dependency issues early to supervisors

• Prepare meeting summaries, action items, and follow-up notes
• Assist in coordinating meetings between internal teams and clients
• Support basic client communications under guidance
• Support preparation of client decks/pitching materials (content, structure, formatting)
• Support in planning and monitoring for clients' deliverables

• Work with Technical, DS, and PA teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and fast-moving project environments

• Fresh graduates or with a maximum 1-2 years of experience in:
  • Project coordination/project management
  • Digital, technology, analytics, or consulting environments
  • Data Analysis
• Background in business, information systems, and data-related fields is preferred

• Basic understanding of Scrum / Agile concepts (certification is a plus, not mandatory)
• Basic understanding of Analytics concepts (KPIs, funnels, user behavior, experimentation, etc.)
• Comfortable working with:
  • Google Docs, Slides, Sheets
  • Presentation tools (PowerPoint / Google Slides)
• Strong logical thinking and communication skills
• Able to explain insights in a structured and simple way

• Proactive, fast learner, and adaptable
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Outgoing and able to communicate confidently with different stakeholders
• Comfortable balancing analysis and communication
• Good coordination skills and attention to detail
