[プロジェクト概要および業務内容] Project Overview and Responsibilities

• IVI分野における各種機能開発支援業務
• 社内ステークホルダーからの各種機能に関する要望の収集
• 各種機能の要件定義
• 車両/ベンチにおける仕様検証
• 各種仕様/品質に関するステークホルダーからの問い合わせへの対応
• 客先およびサプライヤーへのステータス報告
• クロスファンクショナルチームの連携
• 客先向けに実施中のワークパッケージ全体の責任を負います。
• クロスファンクショナルチームとの緊密な連携(技術的な議論の調整)
• オンサイトおよびオフショアチームメンバーの活動を調整し、以下の業務を推進

1. プロジェクトの範囲と目標の定義
2. リソースの計画
3. その他のリソース要件(システム、環境など)の管理/調整
4. グローバル規模で実行計画を完了まで推進

• 客先のマネージャーと連携し、ロードマップを把握

1. 顧客のロードマップに沿った採用ロードマップの作成および関連タスクの実施

• 客先との定期ミーティングの管理
• 上級管理職との定期的なレビューミーティングの実施
• 客先への週次および月次ステータス報告の実施
  • エスカレーション管理 - プロジェクトの成功に必要な問題を特定、評価、管理し、エスカレーションが必要な場合を把握

• Various function development support operations in the IVI area
• Acquiring requests for various functions from internal stakeholders
• Requirement definition for various functions
• Specification validation on vehicle/bench
• Respond to inquiries from stakeholders regarding various specifications/quality
• Status Reporting to customer and Supplier
• Cross functional team coordination
• Take ownership of the entire Work Packages being executed for the customer
• Close interaction with cross functional Team (coordinate technical discussions)
• Coordinate activities of onsite offshore team members and facilitate the following

1. Defining project scope and objectives
2. Planning of resources
3. Manage / Coordinate other resource requirements - System, Environment etc.
4. Drive execution plans through to completion, globally

• Interact with customer managers to understand road maps

1. Hiring roadmap creation and related tasks aligned with customer road map

• Manage periodic meetings with customers
• Responsible for Review Meetings at regular intervals with senior management
• Responsible for weekly and monthly status reporting to customers
• Escalation management- Identify, assess, and manage issues to the success of the project, know when escalation is required

• 必須要件
• Must Have

• クラスター/メーター/HUD開発経験、およびIT業界全般における15年以上の経験、プロジェクト/プログラム管理経験10年、自動車分野での経験5年以上
• 優れた顧客対応経験。顧客とのコミュニケーション、追跡、フォローアップ、プロセス管理スキルに優れている
• プロセスの実装、展開、進捗状況の追跡に関する経験
• 英語と日本語の両方で社内/顧客と円滑にコミュニケーションできる
• 複数のチームやタイムゾーンにまたがる人材管理の実績があり、グローバルチーム(異文化、部門横断的なコミュニケーション)と連携した経験がある

• Cluster/Meter/HUD development experience and Overall IT Industrial experience of 15+ years with 10 years of experience in Project/Program Management and experience in Automotive domain 5+ years
• Excellent customer-facing experience. Good customer communication, tracking, follow up and process management skills
• Experience with process implementation, rollout, tracking progress of these processes
• Fluent communication with internal / customer in both English and Japanese
• Proven experience in people management across multiple teams, across time zones, working with Global team (Cross cultural, cross functional communication) experience
