What You'll Do

• Project Planning & Execution

Develop and manage project plans, budgets, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure successful delivery within scope, cost, and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding IT, operations, engineers, architects, and executive stakeholdersto gather requirements, coordinate execution, and track progress.

• Risk, Change & Performance Managemen

Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and proactively manage project changes to minimize impact on deliverables. Define OKRs and performance metrics, generate progress reports, and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders.

• Financial Oversight & Continuous Improvement

Conduct costbenefit analyses, oversee project budgets, and maintain financial discipline while ensuring quality outcomes. Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and leverage IT Service Management tools such as ServiceNow to optimize project delivery.

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure project management, including initiatives involving networking, data centers, cloud services, and other core infrastructure components.
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies such as servers, storage, virtualization, networking, and data centers
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders across all levels.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Highly adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in dynamic environments
