About the Role
Silver Links, the entity responsible for managing roaming relations and services across AXIAN Telecom Group, is looking for a Group Roaming Project Manager (GRPM) to support the Head of Group Roaming in overseeing group-level roaming projects and reporting.
As GRPM, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring multiple roaming initiatives, supporting group-wide KPIs, and producing detailed performance reports to enhance the Group's roaming strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities
Track and report on activities of Group Roaming Engineers (GREs)
Monitor IREG launch progress and provide updates
Report roaming coverage to Silver Links, OpCos, and AXIAN Commercial team
Coordinate major projects such as DCH and SCCP/IPX swap initiatives
Produce roaming KPIs and performance reports for the Head of Group Roaming
Gather traffic and financial reports from DCH/FCH systems
Access and use OpCo BI/DB systems for group-level reporting
Consolidate and prepare weekly and monthly roaming reports
Interface with roaming managers across OpCos, vendors, third-party providers, and internal commercial teams

Your Profile
Master's degree in Project Management, International Business, Telecommunications, or MBA
Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecommunications sector, with 3+ years in roaming project management
Strong understanding of roaming traffic, reporting, and telecom KPIs
Skilled in project coordination, dashboard/report creation, and cross-functional communication
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in English; French proficiency is a plus
Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
