Description
Job DescriptionWe're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the rollout of AI-driven projects across multiple countries. You'll orchestrate complex, cross-functional delivery-spanning Medical, Operations, Legal/Data Protection, Cybersecurity, IT, and Commercial teams-ensuring each country goes live on time, on scope, and on quality. Familiarity with AI is a plus; if you're eager to pick up additional handson AI development tasks, that's- welcome, though the focus of this role is project management.
Responsibilities
- Own international rollout planning and execution: Drive end-toend project plans, country wave schedules, dependencies, and risk/issue logs for -multicountry- delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams: Align Legal & DPO, CISO/ISO, IT & AI Engineering, Operations, Commercial and local stakeholders; remove blockers and maintain momentum.
- Communication leadership: Run steering updates and stakeholder briefings; create crisp summaries for executives; maintain transparent decision logs and change requests.
- Quality & compliance gates: Ensure country readiness (training, UAT/acceptance), and track signoffs before -golive; coordinate handover to- operations.
- Reporting & documentation: Maintain timelines, RACI, KPIs, and governance pack; prepare presentations and regular status reports; drive lessonslearned- and continuous improvement across countries.
- Optional (development tasks): If interested, contribute to AI development in collaboration with the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Full knowledge of project management tools, including kick-off workshops, PM triangle control, RACI, RAID logs, readiness checklists, and executive steering pack routines.
- Strong knowledge of workload management: Agile/Scrum methodologies, and experience of Jira and Confluence.
- Extraordinary communication skills for global, multicultural stakeholder management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and task organization across teams, with proven ability to maintain multicountry- timelines and dependencies.
- Strong content summarization & reporting skills: concise executive updates, presentations, and crossdisciplinary- communication.
- Relevant experience leading international projects (multicountry rollouts or complex transformations) in a regulated environment is advantageous-.
- Expertise in software project management is a big plus: in areas such as requirements engineering, test planning, and software quality assurance.
- Fluency in English (must); Spanish or French is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields.
